To design a distinctive event pass for Vibra Fest, a Latin music festival, that embodies rhythm, energy, and cultural vibrancy while functioning as both an access credential and a brand experience.
The concept development began with exploring visual metaphors connected to Latin music; rhythm, voice, expression, and intensity. I chose a monkey with an open mouth as the central form to symbolize sound, amplification, and uninhibited celebration.
Colour played a foundational role in the process. I intentionally selected high-contrast, saturated tones to reflect the dynamism and warmth associated with Latin festivals. The palette was carefully balanced to maintain legibility while still feeling explosive and energetic.
On the back, I organized the informational layout with clarity in mind. I integrated a QR code as a bridge between physical and digital experience. The website was designed to visually align with the pass, extending the same color language and personality while providing essential festival details. This allowed the event pass to function not only as an access tool but also as an interactive brand touchpoint.
